Dr. Barney Wee

Dr. Barney Wee is one of Asia’s most respected voices in human transformation, specializing in vertical development, coaching systems, and mindset architectures that prepare leaders for the complexities of a VUCA world. As the founder of Mind Transformations and a Coach Master Trainer certified by ICI, he has spent over two decades integrating NLP, Spiral Dynamics, somatic intelligence, and reflexivity into a single development framework.

Barney has led leadership modeling and coaching programs across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Mauritius — working with organizations such as DBS, AXA, ST Engineering, and Bank BTPN.
