Suttisak Wongpiya

Suttisak is a senior advisor specializing in the human dimensions of innovation. With formal training in psychology, behavior change, and creative facilitation, he integrates deep empathy with system thinking to transform innovation from a function into a culture.

He is a certified assessor for the Innovation Organization Model (IOM) endorsed by Thailand’s National Innovation Agency, and has coached and guided executive to boosting performance teams at SCG We Do and The Able by King Power. His work emphasizes psychological safety, mindset shifts, and cultural alignment — especially critical for sustaining long-term innovation practices.
